Our office is responsible for prosecuting state level citations issued by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri Highway Patrol for offenses occurring within Clay County.  The citations contain information about which court division the case will be in, the date and time the case will be heard, and a brief description of the charge.  You can also find information about the case on the Missouri state courts automated case management system at courts.mo.gov/cnet/welcome.do.
